6 month break, what to do?
It's hard to say that what are SPM leavers want to do instead of waiting for SPM results to be released in March the next year? Here are something for you guys to try instead of being a couch potato :
Apply a scholarship/loans based on your SPM trial. In my day, I have applied for Malaysia Japan Higher Education Program (MJHEP) which is under MARA but I don't know if the program is terminated for the next batch.
Find a Job. It's seems common but it helps you a lot in your financial crisis before entering the university or upper level of education and also you will be expose on how to communicate with the outside world.
Complete your driving license. Trust me, when you enter for your Degree or Diploma, you have no time to do this.
Join a NGO program that includes making program at schools and do charity work .
Enter a SPM leavers program. Nowadays, many classes or program exist to improve your English, Computer and even Religion related skills.
Be a part time tutor (if you excelled in your past studies)
Make a blog (haha)
Do research on your dream university like about the courses applied, the hostels and facilities and about loans bonded with the course.
Learn some basic cooking (such as making soup, tomyam, fry eggs)
